out of the public gallery.
Here is what happens when you send a project request.
What I ask for
Your name and email help me reply. Your project details and photos help me understand the edit. You can also add a deadline or share an image link. A quick security check helps keep spam away.
Your images
Uploaded photos are kept in a private inbox that only I can access. Smaller photos may also be attached to the email I receive about your request. If you share an image link, I save the link but do not download the image. The other website controls who can see that image and how long it stays available.
Before and after previews
Anyone with a preview link can see the images while the link is active. It expires 24 hours after I create it. I can turn it off sooner. When it expires, the link stops working. Both images are removed during the next automatic cleanup, which runs once an hour.
Your request conversation
After you send a request, you can continue through your private request page. Messages sent there are saved with the request. When email reply syncing is connected, replies to DexterityPSR emails are added to the same conversation. You can add more information and upload images through the private page. Supported image attachments in email replies are also copied to private storage. Your private request link gives access to your details and messages, so keep it safe. Email copies may remain in your mailbox after website records or images are deleted.
How long I keep your information
Uploaded request images are automatically deleted after 14 days. Request details are deleted after 90 days. Preview links stop working after 24 hours, and both preview images are removed during the next hourly cleanup. You can ask me to delete images sooner.
